Description
The grapes for these varietal wines come from selected vineyards, according to the characteristics and potential of the ideal terroir for each variety. The Lagarde line is made up of six varietals and one rosé wine: Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Syrah, Merlot, Viognier, Chardonnay and a rosé, made with Malbec and Pinot Noir. In 2020, a blend of inks was incorporated for the first time. Thanks to their aging for 8 to 12 months in oak barrels, the reds achieve a delicate balance between fruit and wood. The whites, for their part, stand out for their freshness and liveliness.
Tasting notes & pairing
Color rosado claro a cobrizo suave, luminoso. Aromas a frutas frescas maduras (durazno, frutilla, algo de cítricos). En boca refrescante, vivaz, equilibrado, con buena acidez y final persistente. Alcohol suele rondar los 12-13% (más bajo que los tintos), y acidez media-alta para que sea fresco y fácil de beber. Es perfecto como aperitivo, con ensaladas, mariscos, ceviche, tapas o platos livianos. Viene de viñedos orgánicos certificados en Luján de Cuyo (Mayor Drummond, etc.).
