Tasting notes & pairing
Aging: 100% of the wine in French oak barrels for 12 months (plus 12 months in the bottle before going on the market). Aging potential: More than 10-15 years. Style: Deep red color with burgundy nuances. Intense aromas of ripe fruits (plum, blackberry), jams, vanilla, chocolate and soft smoke. In the mouth, elegant, concentrated, silky and velvety tannins, unctuous, with a long and persistent finish. Ideal pairing: Grilled red meats, roasts, game, hard cheeses or dishes with mushrooms/intense sauces.
