The soft and juicy tannins maintain smoothness and fluidity, in the medium-length finish. An accomplished exponent of variety. Pairing: Roasted beef, barbecue, baked lamb, duck with peppers, river fish, vegetable pie, chicken with mushrooms, meat pudding, dry or fresh pasta with meat or poultry sauce.
