This single-varietal Malbec combines historical heritage with innovation, offering a smooth and balanced profile, ideal for grilled meats, pastas or semi-hard cheeses. The 2023 vintage reflects the quality of the vineyards at 1050 meters of altitude, with an elegant and persistent style.
Tasting notes & pairing
Intense red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it presents aromas of fresh cherries, strawberry jam and notes of vanilla and toast from its aging in American oak, with touches of rosemary, watermelon and raspberry. On the palate, it is soft and elegant, with sweet tannins and a fruity aftertaste with smoky oak. Very balanced and persistent. Pair with chorizo steak, lasagna or aged gouda.
