Aging: 100% of the wine in French oak barrels for 12 months. Aging potential: More than 10 years. Style: Intense dark bluish red color. Complex aromas of ripe red/black fruits, spices, herbs, vanilla and toasted notes. Structured in the mouth, with ripe and firm tannins, good concentration, juicy and long finish. Ideal pairing: Complex roasts, red meats with sauces, stuffed pastas, aged cheeses or dishes with spices.
