Description
Malo is produced using a selective technique for wine making, called microvinification, where each barrel is controlled at all times. We begin this process, completely artisanal, choosing the best grapes from our special lots. We then ferment the wine in small batches inside special containers at controlled temperatures, before aging the wine, and rotating each barrel by hand. The result? Exotic, elegant and complex: a wine like no other.
Tasting notes & pairing
Color: Dark and impenetrable red. Aroma: Multilayered and deep in aroma, with violet flowers, cedar wood, dried plums and tobacco. Taste: Very full-bodied and rich on the palate, with fine-grained tannins, juicy extract with character, mineral notes, compact and coherently structured. A great wine with great aging potential!
