Description
Bad is produced by a selective technique for wines manufacturing, called microvinification, where each barrel is controlled all the time. We start this process, completely handmade, choosing the best grapes of our special lots. Then, we fermented the wine in small lots inside special containers at controlled temperatures, before aging the wine, and rotate each barrel by hand. The result? Color: dark and impenetrable red. Aroma: Multicapas and deep aroma, with violet flowers, cedar wood, dry plums and tobacco. Taste: very corpulent and rich in the palate, with fine grain tannins, juicy extract and with character, mineral notes, compact and structured in a coherent way.
