Description
As the name alludes, Trinita is a precise blend of three grapes. Grown with clean, arid air, crystal clear waters, nutrient-rich soil, and following a meticulous low-volume process, Malbec, Trinità, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes are grown on vines between 30 and 70 years old located in the prestigious Luján de Cuyo (DOC) and Uco Valley. The vines are managed to average just 1.75 kilograms of fruit per vine and 2,812 kilograms per acre.
Tasting notes & pairing
It offers a spicy fragrance with an intense flavor of plum, chocolate, and raspberry cream. It contains an airy texture with a cherry and Asian spice finish.
