Tasting notes & pairing
This wine has a great impact throughout the tasting stages and its passage through the mouth is magnificent. The wine has shades of violet and outlines of black that create a fierce scarlet color. On the nose, aromas of spicy and ripe red fruits mix together with eucalyptus and fig tree notes. In the mouth, it greets you with a pleasant entry given by the ripe, firm and intense tannins, the result of a slow polyphenolic maturation. It has a high structure and acidity that is balanced in a persistent finish.
