Tasting notes & pairing
On the nose, it displays aromas of raspberry, blackberry and a touch of black pepper, with nuances of violets and fresh herbs. On the palate, it is juicy, with flavors of ripe red fruits, soft spices and a hint of vanilla. The tannins are soft, with high acidity that provides freshness. The finish is medium, with notes of fresh fruit and minerality. Pair with empanadas from Salta, roast ribs or Manchego cheese.
