Description

Deep began in Argentina the era of the "Assemblages", wines from various varieties combined in different proportions, achieving a singular, complete and great definition wine. The varieties that compose it are Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, produced in the department of Luján de Cuyo, fulfilling a breeding in French and American oak barrels for 10 months. Deep was stored in bottles in our cava for 12 months to model and refine their tannins, to enjoy an elegant, unctuous wine with a very long and memorable ending in the mouth. Tasting Notes and Pairing

Intense ruby red color with purple tones and bright reflexes, which reflect its concentration and vitality. Complex and elegant aromas, with notes of black and red red fruits (blackberries, plums, raspberries), accompanied by spicy touches (pepper, nail), floral (violets) and raising nuances in oak such as vanilla, chocolate, coffee and a slight smoked touch. You can also present mineral and herbaceous notes. Balanced and structured input, with soft and well integrated tannins. It offers a silky texture, good acidity and a medium to high body. Fruit flavors combine with oak, chocolate and a long, persistent and harmonious final notes. HeBressia Profundo Blend It is a versatile and structured wine, ideal to accompany a wide range of dishes thanks to its balance between fruit, tannins and acidity. Pair recommendations include: red meat: perfect for cuts such as loin, chorizo or roasted Argentine. Its structure and tannins complement the juice and taste of grilled or baked meats. Lamb: harmonizes roasted or stewed lamb, especially if accompanied with herbs such as rosemary or sauces with wine reduction. Empanadas: ideal for meat empanadas or intense flavors, since their fruit and spicy notes balance the condiments. Mature cheeses: combines very well with hard cheeses such as Parmesan, Gouda Añejo or Manchego, highlighting its oak and fruit notes. Mushroom dishes: Excellent with mushroom risottos, fungus or meat sauces accompanied by mushrooms, since their earthly and spicy notes are complemented. Fatty fish: You can pair with salmon or tuna in preparations with rich or spicy sauces, thanks to your body and acidity. Pasta with rich sauces: it is going well with pasta accompanied by tomato sauces, ragú or boloñesa, where its structure highlights the Umami flavors.
