Tasting notes & pairing
On the nose, it offers aromas to Mora, Cassis and fresh herbs, with a mineral touch and violet notes. In the mouth, it is balanced, with flavors to black fruits, sweet spices and a left graphite. The tannins are soft, with a living acidity that provides freshness. The end is persistent, with earthly nuances. Marida with roasted eggplants, pork fillet or salads with goat cheese.
