Tasting notes & pairing
On the nose, it offers aromas of blackberry, plum and violets, with notes of tobacco and sweet spices. In the mouth, it is structured, with flavors of black fruits, chocolate and a touch of pepper. The tannins are firm but velvety, with vibrant acidity. The finish is long, with nuances of graphite and ripe fruit. Pair with roast lamb, meat stew or Parmesan cheese.
