Description
This blend has been made with high altitude grapes from the Tolombón Valley at 1700 meters above sea level and the Angastaco Valley at 1900 meters above sea level. Vinified from the vineyard, with selection of the best grapes, followed by a double selection table and maceration in 55 Hl vessels. 750ml bottle
Tasting notes & pairing
Intense red color with violet edges. Notes of ripe red fruit and red pepper. Subtle aromas of vanilla and toast due to aging in oak. Of great structure and volume. Intense and ripe tannins. Long and harmonious finish, where the three varieties blend perfectly.
