Tasting notes & pairing
Very good chromatic intensity, with bright red, ruby, violet and black notes. Good structure and maturity. Its concentrate aromatic profile focuses on well mature red fruits. It also shows notes of raisins and slight fresh herbs, combined with fine oak and coffee notes, contributed by its agar in barrels.
