Blend de Extremos is the maximum expression of the Calchaquí Valleys, seeking to revalue the exclusive terroir of the region. It combines the best of two inhospitable and extreme regions, Cafayate and Chañar Punco.

Tasting notes & pairing

Intense and bright, dark violet red. The nose gives off notes of red fruits and herbs such as basil. Intense and fruity, with the presence of fine tannins and a certain minerality.
