Tasting notes & pairing
It has a deep violet red color with purple hues. On the nose, it exhibits great intensity with aromas of red fruits such as plums and cherries, along with notes of black fruits such as blackberries and blueberries. These aromas are intertwined with delicate spicy notes of thyme, lemon verbena and a subtle touch of black pepper, reflecting the distinctive character of the terroir. On the palate, the unique mineral notes combine harmoniously with the sweet tones of the French barrel, creating a wine of great complexity. You experience a round, extremely soft and powerful sensation. Long and pleasant finish.
