Tasting notes & pairing
It has a deep violet red color with purple nuances. In the nose, it exhibits a great intensity with aromas of red fruits such as plums and cherries, along with notes of black fruits such as blackberries and blueberries. These aromas are intertwined with delicate spicy shine notes, cedron and a subtle touch of black pepper, which reflect the distinctive character of the terroir. In the mouth, the unique mineral notes are harmoniously combine with the sweet tones of the French barrel, creating a wine of great complexity.
