The Kaiken Terroir Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a Cabernet Sauvignon that has 15% Malbec and that is why we added it to our list. It reflects the elegance and structure of the Mendoza vineyards, with aging that enhances its tannins.
Tasting notes & pairing
It has an intense red color with ruby tones. The nose is intense with a varied range of aromas that give this wine great elegance. The spicy and red fruit aromas stand out, accompanied by floral notes very typical of Malbec. In the mouth it feels very powerful, but at the same time very soft and silky, supported by the structure and depth of the Petit Verdot.
