Tasting notes & pairing
It presents a vivacious red garnet with ruby flashes and great flow of tears that descend slowly. The nose discovers the effect of the years in barrels and its time on bottle with an elegant combination of ripe fruit aromas and red and black fruits, such as strawberries, cherries, plums and raspberries that are linked with tobacco, vanilla and nut notes. It is an intensely aromatic and very complex wine. In the mouth, it is intense but very delicate, with a balanced acidity that reveals a prolonged and elegant ending. A harmonious wine, with an incredible balance and volume of mouth where flavors enhance aromatic sensations and prolong them over time, like this centenary vineyard that continues to write the story in each harvest.
