Appointed in honor of the son of Hans Vinding-Diers, this Malbec comes from ancient vineyards in Mainqué, also biodinamically handled. It is a plot wine, with selected grapes of vineyards over 60 years old, fermented in cement and oak rags, and raised in used barrels to preserve the expression of the land. It is more accessible than the Malbec Noemá, but maintains a high level of quality and reflects the fresh and concentrated character of Patagonia J Alberto from Bodega Noemía Patagonia
Tasting Notes and Pairing
Tasting notes: color: intense red with garnet nuances. Aroma: expressive, with red and black fruits (plums, raspberries, casis), floral notes (violets) and a spicy touch (black pepper). Patagonian minerality is perceived with subtlety. Taste: In the mouth it is vibrant, with a marked acidity and firm but polished tannins. It has a good fruit concentration, a medium-high body and a fresh and persistent ending. Texture: fluid and modern, with an agile step that invites you to drink. Pairing: Lean meats: Excellent with an baked pig loin with herbs or a grilled veal sirloin. Pasta with intense sauces: combines with meat ravioli in spicy or boloñesa tomato sauce. Embutidos and Charcería: Perfect with a raw ham table, salame and pate, since its acidity cuts the fat. Specific suggestion: Patagonian lamb empanadas, to connect with the origin of the wine.
