Description
A Lisa is Noemía's most accessible Malbec, created to be a fresh and versatile wine, but with the same philosophy of respect for the terroir. Made with grapes from Mainqué vineyards, it includes a small percentage of Merlot (9%) and Petit Verdot (1%). It is fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel and cement tanks, with a shorter aging in used barrels, which highlights its fruity and lively character. It is an organic wine, ideal for more everyday consumption.
Tasting notes & pairing
Tasting notes: Color: Bright violet red. Aroma: Fresh and fruity, with notes of fresh red fruits (cherries, raspberries), touches of wild herbs and a slight minerality. Taste: Light on the palate, with refreshing acidity, soft tannins and a juicy finish. It is a lively Malbec, easy to drink, but with depth. Texture: Light and fluid, with a happy and carefree character. Pairing: White meats: Baked chicken with lemon and rosemary or stewed rabbit are excellent options. Gourmet pizzas and burgers: Its freshness makes it ideal for pizzas with mozzarella and basil or burgers with cheddar cheese. Vegetarian dishes: Goes well with a roasted vegetable tart or a vegetable wok with soy sauce. Specific suggestion: Milanesa with fries, an Argentine classic that highlights the versatility of the wine.
