Ideal for game meats, truffled dishes or hard cheeses, this Malbec offers depth and sophistication. The 2015 vintage is at its peak, with an additional aging potential of 3-5 years.
Tasting notes & pairing
On the nose, it offers aromas of leather, dried plum and black truffle, with notes of tobacco and sweet spices. On the palate, it is elegant, with flavors of ripe black fruits, dark chocolate and licorice. The tannins are soft, with balanced acidity.
