Tasting notes & pairing
On the nose, it displays aromas of cassis, blackberry and leather, with notes of tobacco and exotic spices. In the mouth, it is robust, with flavors of dark fruits, dark chocolate and a smoky touch. The tannins are polished, with balanced acidity. The finish is long, with nuances of toasted oak and minerality. Pair with roast lamb, meat stew or parmesan.
