Ideal for red meat, stews or mature cheeses, this Malbec offers structure and elegance. The 2013 Vintage is at its peak, with an additional guard potential of 3-5 years.
Tasting notes & pairing
In nose, it displays aromas to casis, blackberry and leather, with tobacco notes and exotic spices. In the mouth, it is robust, with flavors to black fruits, bitter chocolate and a smoked touch. The tannins are polished, with a balanced acidity. The end is long, with roasted oak nuances and minerality. Marida with roasted lamb, meat stew or parmesan.
