Tomero Single Vineyard Malbec 2021 from Finca y Bodega Vistalba is a plot wine, made with selected grapes from Vistalba, Luján de Cuyo. Aged in oak that provides complexity, this Malbec is ideal for grilled meats, pastas with rich sauces or semi-hard cheeses. The 2021 vintage has an aging potential of 5-7 years.
Tasting notes & pairing
On the nose, it presents aromas of blackberry, plum and violets, with notes of tobacco and leather. In the mouth, it is structured, with flavors of black fruits, sweet spices and dark chocolate. The tannins are firm, with balanced acidity. The finish is persistent, with hints of toasted oak. Pair with chorizo steak, meat lasagna or gouda.
