Description
Portillo Rosé is the entry-level rosé from Bodegas Salentein, made 100% with Malbec from the Uco Valley. It is a fresh, fruity and very accessible rosé, with a bleeding or direct pressing method to obtain that characteristic pale color, minimal aging and emphasis on freshness and red fruit.
Tasting notes & pairing
Vista: Rosado pálido brillante, con tonos salmón leve o reflejos rojos. Nariz: La nariz ofrece un amplio espectro de aromas frutales, en particular fresas (frutillas) y frambuesas, con toques de cerezas ácidas y sutiles notas florales. Boca: Entrada muy fresca gracias a su acidez balanceada y bien marcada, paladar ligero y jugoso, con buena intensidad frutal y un final suave y persistente.
