Description

Elena Arizu de Mendilazu, affectionately known as Nucha, was the original owner of the vineyards where Bodega Araujo is located today. From a young age he lived on the farm, cultivating in the vineyards the passion for work, his land and his care that endures to this day.

Tasting notes & pairing

Tasting notes: intense red color at sight, with violet reflections, bright, young and elegant and balanced on the nose, it combines fruity aromas typical of the varietal plum, blackberries, perfectly amalgamated with the notes of vanilla and chocolate typical of its aging in oak. In the mouth it is sweet, friendly, unctuous, correctly balanced in tannins-acidity.
