Tasting notes & pairing
Ruby red with purple reflections, bright and lively. Dried fruits, nuts and a slight spice appear on the nose. Soft tannins and a good presence of wood. In the mouth it has a soft and fruity entry, with notes of vanilla and chocolate. A young and balanced wine, ideal to accompany red meats, game birds, stews and stuffed pastas.
