For its part, Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) provides a beautiful legacy of knowledge in the production of Cabernet Sauvignon. The objective of this alliance is to make a wine that combines French and Argentine cultures and the two emblematic strains of both families. Aruma means ‘night’ in Quechua, the language of the Incas. This name expresses the intensity of the Andean nights and the depth of the color that characterizes the Malbec. Tasting Notes and Pairing
Intense red color with black reflexes. In the nose it is expressive, with aromas of berries, plum and black currants. In the mouth, the wine feels round and velvety, with aromas of blueberry, mora and casis, which lead to a soft and balanced end. Aruma Malbec from Bodegas Caro
