Right of Withdrawal

You have 30 days (legal minimum of 14 days in Germany/EU) to return any product without stating a reason, provided it is in its original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition. The period starts from the date of receipt of the order.

Return Process

1. Contact us at [email protected] or via your account, providing the order number and optional reason.
2. We will provide a return label (we cover standard costs in Germany).
3. Send the product to our address: [Warehouse address in Germany/EU].
4. Upon receipt and verification, we will process the refund within 14 days (including product price and initial shipping; you pay return shipping if not using our label).

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for opened or used products (due to hygiene and perishable reasons, such as wines). For defects, the 2-year legal warranty applies: contact us for replacement or refund.
