Tasting notes & pairing

Nose: Notes of ripe plum, blackberry, cassis, violets, vanilla and a subtle touch of sweet spices. Mouth: Good body, ripe and round tannins, excellent balance and a long and persistent finish. Pairing: Excellent with roast meat, lamb, stews, mushroom risotto and aged cheeses.
