Tasting notes & pairing
Nose: Intense aromas of fresh red fruits (raspberry, cherry, plum), flowers and a slight mineral touch. Palate: Fresh, juicy, with good acidity and soft tannins. Very drinkable and fruity. Pairing: Perfect with pizzas, empanadas, pastas, roast chicken, pork and young cheeses.
