Finca La Anita Malbec 2021 is an emblematic wine from the Finca La Anita winery, located in Alto Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. This winery, founded in 1992 by Manuel Mas, is a pioneer in the production of high-end wines in Argentina, focusing on artisanal quality and the exclusive use of its own grapes. This Malbec comes from old vineyards located at 900 meters above sea level, with alluvial and clayey soils, benefited by the snowmelt irrigation of the Andes and a great thermal amplitude, which provides a unique expression of the terroir. Tasting notes & pairing
Deep crimson red, with violet flashes. Delicate aromas of black and red fruits, blue flowers, red pepper and white pepper. With great presence in the mouth, with round, juicy and ripe tannins, with a good level of acidity and persistence. Ideal to accompany roasted, baked or stewed meats (beef, goat, lamb), chicken disc, spicy empanadas, legume stews and semi-hard cheeses.
