Finca Gabriel Rosé is a soft pink wine with lively copper or garnet reflections. Moderate alcohol, ideal for drinking young and cold. This line pays tribute to the wine heritage and legacy, rooted in the history of the pioneers who cultivated the southernmost vineyards of the province. This Malbec rosé, fresh and lively, is ideal for summer afternoons and pairs perfectly with light meals. It is a limited edition, initially made only for the external market, standing out for its fresh and subtle character.
Tasting notes & pairing
The nose is expressive and very fruity, with intense aromas of red fruits such as fresh cherries, strawberries, plums, raspberries and hints of blackberries. In the mouth it is fresh, delicate and balanced, with good natural acidity that gives it liveliness, juicy fruit presence, soft texture and a pleasant, clean and refreshing finish. It goes perfect with starters and light dishes from the restaurant: meat or ham and cheese empanadas, grilled provoleta, grilled chorizo or blood sausage, Neapolitan Milanese or fresh salads. It also goes well with meat burgers or chimichurri dishes without overpowering the intense flavors of the grill, being a refreshing option before moving on to heavier cuts.
