Tasting notes & pairing
On the nose, it offers aromas of blackberry, plum and vanilla, with notes of sweet spices and a smoky touch. In the mouth, it is balanced, with flavors of black fruits, cocoa and a hint of pepper. The tannins are soft, with vibrant acidity. The finish is persistent, with hints of toasted oak. Pair with chorizo steak, meat lasagna or gouda.
