Tasting notes & pairing
Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. Aromas of ripe red fruits (cherry, strawberry, blackberry), spicy notes and soft herbs, with hints of violets and a subtle mineral background. In the mouth it is complex, with structured but round tannins, lively acidity and good body. Persistent and balanced finish. Pairing: Grilled red and white meats, pasta with sauce, empanadas, chorizos and semi-cured cheeses.
