Description
A tribute to our pioneers who planted the vineyards and founded the winery in 1831. Since then the vineyards of Bodega Colomé have been cultivated with sustainable agricultural practices to achieve an “authentic” expression of the terroir. Harvested from the best plots of our vineyard located at 2,300 meters, “Auténtico” is produced with ancient winemaking techniques such as piageage and without passing through oak to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit.
Tasting notes & pairing
This wine is intense in color and full of aromas such as cherries, blackberries, figs, cassis and clove, with elegant spices and mineral notes. The mouth is crisp and robust with a high concentration of ripe and round tannins, that express the terroir in an authentic and genuine way.
