Description
A tribute to our pioneers who planted the vineyards and founded the winery in 1831. Since then the vineyards of Bodega ColomeThey have been grown with sustainable agricultural practices to achieve an “authentic” expression of the terroir. Harvested from the best plots of our vineyard located at 2,300 meters, “Auténtico” is produced with ancient winemaking techniques such as piageage and without passing through oak to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit. This wine is intense in color and full of aromas such as cherries, blackberries, figs, cassis and clove, with elegant spices and mineral notes.
