Tasting notes & pairing
Intense Violet Red Color, very complex nose, which reveals aromas of spices, candied red fruits, cinnamon and chocolates. Palate with very good volume and structure, great silkiness, hints of bitter chocolate, and a sucrose and persistent finish. Pair with baked meats or risottos with mushrooms.
