Tasting notes & pairing
Intense ruby red with violet nuances, characteristic of a young and vibrant Malbec. Intense bouquet with notes of red and black fruits such as cassis, raspberry, plum and a touch of mint, a reflection of the Patagonian terroir. Some also highlight spicy nuances, eucalyptus, black pepper and subtle notes of vanilla, tobacco and chocolate from a brief oak aging. In the mouth it is balanced, with soft tannins, velvety texture and a very fruity profile. It is a structured wine, with good concentration and an elegant and persistent finish. versatile to accompany various foods due to its medium-high body and soft tannins
