Polo season finale in Frankfurt
Last weekend in Frankfurt we closed out a fantastic polo season.
This is the first year we accompanied the German Polo Tour on its route through different cities in Germany, and the result more than lives up to our expectations.
Polo is an Argentine tradition — something that sets us apart from other countries. It is no surprise that the world’s best polo player, Adolfo Cambiaso, was born in Argentina. Nor should it surprise us that, given the country’s immense range of climates from north to south and east to west, our land is ideal for producing outstanding wines.
Enjoying a good asado with a great Malbec while watching a polo match is exactly the kind of experience we want to promote. In the end, it is nothing other than spending a few hours in Germany while feeling as if you were in Argentina.
That is precisely what great wines do: they take us in a direction we may not have explored before — and still give us pleasure. And because that journey is tied to food and the senses, it can be repeated simply by opening another bottle.
